now i know what your thinking why should i bother getting flagged for HoH when they opened this zone up? answer is for this quest:

you get a charm the more flags you get the better the charm gets.
seems semi easy to get the items for it. might take some time in PoN and PoI. i for one already have teh item from PoV

i really want to do this quest and get my first charm. the way it looks you only have to do this quest once then all 6 in your group SHOULD get the HoH key so that way not EVERYONE has to get the times just one person then 5 others can get the key as well.
I would like to maybe set up a group of 59+ to start working on this. we can do PoN one night and do PoI anohter then start working on the PoJ items after that. Just think the lvl requirement for HoH is 62 and if you are 59+ you would be able to get in to it up to 2 lvls before you could normally. and you can ask any of us the exp in HoH is the best i have seen yet (can only speak for AA exp but at 4 ticks nealry a kill is really nice).
if you are intrested plz sing up here. once we get one group keyed we can start working on the others etc...
since tonight is quest night (Wed) i figured we could get started tomorrow night (thrus) say around 7:30pm CST? we will decide if we goto PoN, PoI, or PoJ depending on camps.
figured we could stay for a few hours and hope more then one drops that way we can fag more then one group.

Chanter
Shammy
Tank
DPS (wizzy, druid, mage, necro, etc)
maybe 2 DPS or 2 thanks..we will see who shows up.
Cleric is NOT required but would be nice. and of course if Masin is not around and a below 60 cleric comes along you will get HoH flagged. only those that help will get flagged first.
figrue ithe only hard part of this quest is going to be getting the items to drop its going to be more time consuming then anything.
Just FYI, the key quest to get you into HoH is NOT considered a flag for this charm. Only the normal flags (Killing Terris Thule, Bert, Saryn, AD, etc) count as flags for this charm.
I'm game for a shot at the HoH key, but we shouldnt expect any charm benefits out of it.
humm then someone lied to me cuz they said they used that flag for an upgrade to their charm /shrug.
honestly if thats the case not really intreasted in doing this but still willing if the below 62s want to get access
Im pretty sure you can quest for the flag the same as the raid encounter --- i know someone who got this flag from quest and used it to upgrade their charm......
and on that note....
I'm allways game for Flag Quests / Trials groups......allways very fun
And Iane......how you gonna list DPS classes and not mention Rogues?!?

Well maybe it will work then. I have heard though that you cannot progress to Elemental planes without doing the correct flagging, ie killing the PoP gods.
now thats true Masin. same is true with the Tower off of BoT you cannot get flagged for there unless you do the real flag for BoT. so in other words you cannot get to the next zones off the open zones unless you get the orginal old flags for them.
hey come on 6 keepers having a good old time for a few hours for a few nights and we might get a "flag" and a charm out of it might as well right? heck so we get nothing more hten a bit of exp and som fun thats the most important part anyhow right?
also if you dont get in on the first group give it time let us get it figured out and see if it even works if so then we can do it over and over and over and over.
anyhow so far me and Grriffon and iassume Masin are intreasted. that leaves 3 slots open for tank, slower, and ?????

These are FUN!!
The only tie ive beaten them was the time my DSL crashed right afterwards so i still need this flag and will be glad to do it even after i get flagged. its really neat , imho
key to beating them is the right classes and some KILLER DPS....
you need:
a GOOD healer ( 65 druid or 60+ cleric )
a GOOD tank ( need to hold agro or nukers and/or backstabbers and be able to survive hits from 4 mobs till mezzes)
a GOOD chanter ( 4 waves of 4 mobs . all but the rock guys are mezzable by 62+ chanter i beleive and that is ESSENTIAL to winning)
another slower is nice, preferable a shaman to buffs the tank and melees as well as give casters extra hp.
need a 60+ nuking class.....when its getting close to Failed a 3k nuke can really save the day
have to kill a mob under 30 seconds every time or you fail --- its a rush and drops ok loots sometimes too --- im allways game to give this a try -- lemme know something =)
yes trials are going to be a top pority for us coming soon.
also i was told a shammy (and this was by 2 shammys actually) are a waste of space. i dotn really agree with this but i can sort of see why.
maybe one night when nothing is going on soon and we got what appears to be a good group we can give it a shot.
to be totally honest and plz dont let this hurt anyones feelings plz
the druids (64 or higher), kyth and Dark, and Alouzon are our biggers nukers. Tdar will be soon if he keeps lvling up but for now we have bigger nukes due to our lvls and our AAs.

As i understand it, any flag for a zone will get you the charm flag, as long as you have the flags for the previous zone also. I.e for HoH charm flag you need the Trial flag and either HoH flag. This quest will not count as the flag for the next zone though, you would still have to kill the dragon and for full progression. On the subject of flags, there are several we can do.
Trials.
The flag quest in PoD for CoD.
The flag quest for Cyrpt of Terris thule.
We may be able to do the maze event also.
If this charm is the same one you get for doing the flaggs and talking ot the guy it automatically upgrades as you gain access to more planes. I would almost think it might upgrade as you gain levels that get you into another plane but that's total speculation.
I'm almost positive that my charm got better when I got the flag for HoT (I did do the flagging event) but I didn't have to upgrade it. It comes with stats equal to the number of planes you can get into.
The real BoT quest is really fun, and you do 3 people at once. The named giants would be a real test of our strength and will take a lot of people to do (30ish). The camps for the "pre flag" should also be good exp for anyone and they are all very doable camps if you have a FD puller of some type (even a somewhat crazy necro) or maybe even pacify/ranger non-aggro thing.
