Elsa,

Perhaps try a couple things. (1)Make sure you are logged out of the forums, (2) Delete any cookies you have, or at least any tied to keepersoftheglade.com, (3) Log in again to the forums.

If you want, we can try resetting your password to something simple and emailing it to you. Your username should be: elsabolt No variation is needed for that part of the login.
