i would work on MTPs if it was me they are time consuming and will prob need an alt to hold all the crap and the failure rate is bad but you can more or less buy all you need (and you can forage the rest). and you can eat or sale them in the bazaar for a nice profit.

Hrm...misty thicket pies I presume...I'll work on those to fill in the gaps I'm sure.

Fortunately, I've saved for months and months and months everything I can get my hands on. I have bags filled with Griffon meat, Anaconda meat, those foraged things from JP, giant and storm giant meat, and other assorted goodies that have recipes at about 250 ish or more. The trick is to bring each recipe to as close as 250 as I can get before I start using them, because I don't want to run out lol. I also have Dewery hunting in Jagged Pine now, and he's racking up exp, I just can only do it when there's a druid in the zone willing to wolf form me...haha. I have a few possible ideas for the next recipe, but I don't want to go on too strongly because money is a problem at this point. I want to get my trophy the moment I see "you have gained skill in baking...250" hehe. Not wait for months needing the 6k to fund each attempt. haha.

Frost / Storm Giant Products trivial in the 140s
Halas Meat Pie trivial at 226 and use dropped Mammoth and Wolf Meat (and dough from eggs). I recommend these next.
There are a number of JPF-based recipes that trivial at 250. I recommend you use up whatever components you have on hand for skillups after HMPs.
Misty Thicket Picnics use a couple of foraged items and dropped brownie parts. Also, low level tailoring and smithing and mid-level brewing are required. I recommend you take these to 250.

Why not just use the JPF stuff? Well, a couple of reasons:
1) Low stats. You might get something for HMPs and MTPs in the bazaar.
2) Yield. The subcombines and final combines have high yields (1 brownie part is good for 100 MTP combines if you don't mess up) meaning items stretch much farther than you'd except.

Storm salmon from PoStorms make stuff to about 215 i think. Best thing to do is go to eqtraders and go to the quick trivial list, look at the 200+ recipies and determine which ones you want to do.

Hunter Omegga Silvguard
90th Season Champion of Faydark
Forest Stalker of Norrath with 7k+ AA points.
Master Fletcher (300), Master Archer 375+AM3/EQ), Master Tracker (300), Master Forager (250)

woot, more room in my bank. I have all the recipes, as of 7/7/03, in the game from EQ Traders printed out. Thought that "Breaded Giant" triv 222 would use gant lol, figuring "giant halibut" would include giant parts/meat. Woops! hehe

You really think making MTPs would actually earn cash? lol. I can't imagine there'd ever be prophet involved, but that's a bonus. I guess I'll have to figure out those other tradeskills if you think I'll need to. That'll have to wait till next week. lol
