Keeping tanks safe,
I have seen this done in raiding guilds, I do not know how much you all do this in keepers but from the past time with keepers it was not dont much and well not too many wizards have this still.
It is something i highly recommed that at least one wizard during a Boss mob raid be causing on the current MA (or SA should ma die ( or TA should they both manage to die)
It is a good thing to setup a macro for this spell

/cast 7 ( or whatever you have it on )
First of all you need DOT's I will be working with Caeni (hope i spelled the name right) to help us get the dots we need for raids as you might be able to tell you could easily go thru a stack a raid depening on how fast the mob dies.
If you have both make sure that Spell Sheild and Protection of Calrena I would check with the tank to make sure that he /she has two buff slots open or you will waste the dot.
When the attack on the boss mob gets going and you see the tank take damage start casting the SS I rotate this with Poc because thers is timer on them. But the jist is if you see tank starting to take damage again you cast it again.
Now only one wizard needs to be doing this and maybe a backup wizzy there in case the one doins SS/poc dies.
Doing this helps save tanks lives assist the cleric's so they dont have to use so much mana, and well casting it on yourself I would also sugest to help save your skin, that and with Barrier of Force (wiz epic 1 item spell, i use it and keep this up all the time if i get damage again to save my butt and help the clerics save mana).
