This quest results in the Beastlord spell Bond of the Wild.
1) Speak to Craegin Coldtongue in the Gulf of Gunthak. He is on the platform near the lighthouse, near the other class specific quest givers. Tell him that you will "draw more about the warder" and he will give you a Stone Emblem.
2) Give the Stone Emblem to an Injured Wolf. He has multiple spawn locations. One is at -1855, 0. Another is at the huts to the left of the tunnel. If you find any additional locations, please leave a comment. You will receive a Glowing Collar.
3) Give the Glowing Collar to Craegin Coldtongue for your reward.
LOL, I should've really looked at this a lot sooner than I did!. I never heard of that spell. What does it do? And would it be even useful for me as a 74th level beastlord to get it?

No... your buffs are much better Cykor... Bond of the Wild is a combined HP buff that hits both the pet and the beastlord. I have that on Fazok but it's really only good for beastlords up to about level 50ish, after that, the individual buffs are much stronger.
For the level 50ish beast it's a manasaver tho since it's kind of like pet-haste and self HP buff all in one spell... It was good while it was still up to par with my beastlords other level spells thereabouts.
