I have noticed recently that alot of SK's have been bypassing 1.0 quest and doing the prequest for 1.5. This disheartens me greatly. Innoruuk's Curse may be an obsolete weapon these days, but to all Shadow Knight's, it is a GREAT item of pride. I don't mean to come off like I'm insulting anyone that chooses to do the prequest, but I find by completing 1.0 shows the dedication and honor in our mighty ranks. I encourage you to finish the quest for Innoruuk's Curse. The golems might be perma camped and you might have to get an MQ, but I urge you to complete it. I respect all Shadow Knights, but to those that have finished this quest, I honor.
My mainchar is cleric, but i 2-box a lvl 70 SK and i think the same: It`s an item of pride and 1.0 epics, even if statwise outdated, a must have for dedicated players. But the bottleneck and the item that finally discouraged me IS the sword from the golems. Buying MQ is not the same then achieving it yourself, so i stopped 1.0 for now. Maybe there comes the time when i will consider MQ...
Is the impossible to achieve spawns. Â The 2 worst epics i have heard of are the SK and the Pally, SK cause of a mob that you have to camp 4ever, and pally cause you have to kill so many mobs on a 3 day timer, and some that are level limited.
   For Paladin, You gotta Kill Naggy and Vox(1 week spawn), and then turn those books they drop in into Neriak. Take the end result to Miragul in Everfrost (1 week spawn). Charm Miragul and give it to him and then fight him. Finish Soulfire and Ghoulbane (easy). Take Ghoulbane Soulfire and the Drops of Miragul to the 6th island of PoSky. Gratz Fiery Avenger!!! Done Right? Wrong
    Kill Keeper of Tombs in The Hole ( Deep inside very dangerous) 3 day Spawn
   Kill Kirak Vil in Nektulos ( crazy regen if soloing) 3 day spawn
   Kill Thought Destroyer in PoHate ( hard to find) 3 day spawn
Get the items off of them. Cleanse them in several Miniquests, and turn them into a guy in Erudin.
Turn in Fiery Defender and the result of the turn in from Erudin to Irak Atil in PoFear near some random thing and BAM EPIC
Needless to say... FREAKING HARD... 1. Shadowknight

The differnce between the paladin and the sk epic is that Paladin mobs are not farmed for loot anymore. 90% of the time you can walk into Sol B or Permafrost and find the dragons up. Gore and the Kunark fire dragon are a differnt story. The Fear Golems are killed 2 or 3 players constantly to get AoNs to sell. In order to get a shot at them you need to spot (usually a tracker) and then either call in a keeper force or ask the Greed campers if they will let you loot. I really wish they would Make the AoN no trade or add the epics back to CT loot table.
BTW thought destroyer is a random spawn now I think not a 3 day spawn.

 I tried for about a month to find the golems up , found them up once and it was right before a guild raid was about to start. If they would make the piece no drop or increase the time that the golems actually spawn (and have it) maybe I would have kept trying. I like to earn what I get so buying a mq is just not something I am willing to do. I did the bypass and am currently working on my 1.5, Im sorry if this loses any honor or respect to someone who has completed the 1.0 but I dont have 24 hours a day to sit in Fear and hope I can get help when the Golems pop and the farmers dont beat me to them.Â

My comment was not meant to br insulting by any means nor state the fact that those do not have it have no respect coming from me. Was more or less just trying to get more of us to obtain it. That's all. Any ill will that may have came was not my intention. If it comes to it, I personally will pay for an MQ that a Shadow Knight gets. I admit, its cheating the system, but take a look at how the system has already cheated us.
