So who's ready to start this?
I have been at the point to do the Larnik the Recluse fight in Kael for about 8 months now but have chosen DoN progression as my Keepers Choice. I will change my choice once I get closer to Anguish access since that's where the 2nd fight is, that is, I need a Globe of Discordant Energy from one of the raid mobs there. Sure would be nice to have the better weapon.
I need to kill the Possessed Brute in MPG and I have no idea if that can be done by a single group or if it requires more.
I ran to Iceclad and found the "Frozen Pestle" and tried to give it to Fazzle Thumpkin but he won't accept it. Perhaps he won't accept it until the Possessed Brute is killed? Visiting Fazzle is kind of a pain as you can't leave his little island without gating or swimming all the way back to the dock at Iceclad. There used to be a raft that went between North Ro and that island, but it dissapeared along with all of the rest of the boats in the game.

Brute is 1 groupable (with the right group).. as for the Globe of Discordant Energy - that involves raid encounters in Anguish.

possesed brute is easy, globe you might have a hard time seeing a lot other folks are starting their 2.0 already, however, once we enter anguish, im sure everything would be much easier
Don't let the globe from Anguish intimidate you... most definately start NOW on epic 2.0 and take it as far as you can go. Once in anguish - you average 3 to 6 globes per clearing so in no time at all you'll have access to the globes.Â

I am at the the step to obtain a Globe of Discordant Energy from one of the named mobs in Anguish. Then it's on to the final fight.
