Number 8 ..... the location that is given is available both under ground by way of the Oracles tree and above behind her tree. It is above ground in the grassy area. I first did this on Nico who has all environment effects on and it is near impossible to see. It is a dark blueish grey color. However if you turn off grass then you can see it first thing (found that out using Tal)
Additionally I had Tal run and get the ground spawn in Butcherblock before I had him get the quest ...ooops but the good news is the apear to be pre lootable because he got the update for looting it as soon as he was given the quest.
