What kind of an impact does dexterity have? I heard that it played a role in the %s that they go off.
well my dex really sucks so i really dont think dex makes a diff on crits but thats just my 2cp worth.
i am currently sitting at FoM1 so really until you get SCF3 or higher you wont see a big diff
make sure mental clarity comes first though those 3 extra ticks really helps.
aye, gonna go with the 3 regen (cuz I need the last three of the 6) then move to mental crack, then to SCf1, 2, 3, then healing adept 1, 2, 3. I want healing crits too! hehe.
oh right dont forget Spell Casting Mastery its really nice i have thrown nukes before and never used a bit of mana due to it. based on yoru specilization which mine is evoc

doesnt work on CHs nothing does you can change your spclization so i hear its your call but i would go evoc sorry druids make good healers but since our main heal is the CH and it doesnt work on CH i would change it to evoc.

It's a pain in the neck to change, i've kept it in the back of my mind for a while. I accidentally hailed the efriti in Temple of Solosek Ro...and I'm not far from KoS there because of it. Fixing faction for ToSR isn't easy.

None that I'm aware of. % chance is a function of your scf/fom level.

Very true. SCF1-2 is eye candy.
If I remember %ages on SCF:
SCF1: .66% average DPS increase
SCF2: 2.64% average DPS increase
SCF3: 7% average DPS increase
FOM1: 9% average DPS increase
FOM2: 11% average DPS increase
FOM3: 14% average DPS increase

Anything beyond MC1 burns points needlessly (unless you're a shaman). Not that MC3 isn't helpful but SCM3 comes first.

am i sure? humm not much in life i am sure about but yes i think so
Alouzon ona Hal, both have Fury of Magic 3, I can say definatly that dex makes no difference at all, Hal can consistantly cast at 150 dex, and hit the same amount of crits as when he is using yaulp which puts his dex up 285.
