Small Piece of Velium (2) Dropped
Coldain Velium Temper (1) storebought/brewing
Spell: Enchant Velium (1) Storebought
say avg cost if you make the temper yourself and farm the velium is about 30p per combine.

that recipe is on hold atm the merchant is question was selling coldain velium temper for 0pp and was /killed and had some items removed. Afaik, because of this Enchant: Velium is not buyable atm.
really never knew there was a selling bug. i would sugest making it myself you can make it for less then half the cost of buying it at the old cost
