On wanting Hides. I HATE having to quad in DSP, since it ruins the hunting for everyone else.

nah, it isn't the druids that ruin the hunting for everyone else... its the bards!! lol

Instead of quadding, use charm. its about as quick, and you're not being greedy, only taking one at a time, giving a good chance to anyone else there.
better places for exp quadding anyway winter, so no biggy for you. I finished off my level at TD hunting raptors. For one round of 3 mobs--yes three--I got as much exp as a good 30 minutes of the ldon i had done just before. Its well worth the risk, which is fairly minimal if you're careful and scout the area a bit, and its not like you ahve to fight for mobs there, though there's a solid chance another druid would be there...but, plenty to go around =)
The quading of the hoppers was for the hides, and not really for XP. Actually, thanks to my wonderfull partner Cabaza, we DID fing another source of hides, but not as safe or simple as a quick quad around the little vale in front of the cave. I just HATE to do it with other people out there, as they ALWAYS get upset. Whether I got there and started alone. Whether I help them, share with them, buff them, anything, it is all about the fact that I CAN do it, and it upsets them. So I don't.
Hmmm...went farther in the conversation than I meant to. Suffice to say, if there IS anyone else with hides they are doing nothing with, feel free to buzz me online. I would be happy to purchase them for a reasonable price, which would NOT be what you find in the bazaar. (grumble, grumble, farming, grumble grumble...)

I can hardly blame you. 100 p + for one combine just for a hdie is a bit much, but that's what they go for in the bazaar, and sell fiarly fast.
lol, only 100pp? thats ridiculously cheap... i just sold half a stack in 2 hours for 250pp per hide. What people are willing to pay, I am willing to sell for...
ceremonial solstice robes are a good alternitive route to 200-220 tailoring
they trivial way past 250 but once you start successfully making too many of them they get expensive. i would suggest this until at least 200 then start on wyvern masks or flawless hopperhides
i still famr hoppers when i can so my mule, grriffseller, has superb hides alot in bazaar, but they do go quick, as i try to sell them cheap
Im on that road now, and will need both Superb, and Flawless hides as well as ANY form of acrylia. I dont check the boards that often so pls message me in game.
I have acquired a bunch of these while shard farming in DSP. Just send me an ingame tell for them and Ill serve them up to you on a nice shiney silver platter.
Well even tho Dawnshrowd is a spiffy place for rockhoppers with a fairly quick respawn and all... I went to Mons Letalis for rockhoppers. It's off of Marus Seru and very seldom any people at all in there because of all the adds you can get in that zone but at least there wasn't ever a problem with competition. hehe.
