As for what clerics get...the main thing that sticks out in my mind is an AA rez (96%, 3 sec cast time, recast time was 9 seconds last time I checked but may have been lowered to 2 seconds). Goodbye epic 1.0!
Those that have the clicky and the AA, will be able to alternate between the two, rezzing from a wipe in half the time.

If you are current with either group or raid content, then it is well worth it. If you are subpar, then its going to take a lot of work to get through some of the stuff if at all.
I feel it is worth it for wars of all progression levels simply for the innate hate proc AAs. These will become a new staple "must get" type of AA. Everyone is getting 500 hps via a new Sturdyness. A new spell gem. 2 new buff slots. And the usual increases in FT cap, innate mana regen, and defensives.
The level cap increase should be worth it to anyone who is already level 75 or approaching level 75. Level power increases are > than any other single increase.
You won't like everything. But there is a lot to like.

I found 4 Lost Brother quest series in Dragon Scale Hills that seem to be part of the key to final zone or zones. Each is given by one of npcs labled supplier, not quest or mission.
Tonos gives the first (Dragons Scale Hills) series and you need to find a combine box ground spawn in the NW cave where Falzrim is and then he gives you a new mission to kill two Golems. I didn't find the golems last night and suspect they are in the canyon area.
I dont have the other npc names with me, I'll udate later.
Series II takes place in Looping Plains.
Series III takes place in Hills of Shade
Series IV takes place in Meldrath's Majestic Mansion.

You can do some Were-Orcs, they give you some faction, very little but faction none the less.
You can also do Loping Plains quest multiple times to do the factioning in a bit faster time. I forgot which one gives you the nice Factions, but i wil research again
